After Typhoon Morakot destroyed the Shioulin village in Taiwan four years ago, there is no proper road restored. I visited this part of Taiwan as an international journalist. I know very well this country. It's a wonderful part of Taiwan above the moutain of Kaoshiung. It is today very difficult to access this region after the Typhoon Morakot. A lot of tourists are visiting this part of Taiwan but the road is not in good condition. If governement would repair the road, more tourists will visit this wonderful place and atmosphere. L'accès à cette région a été rendu très difficile après le typhon Morakot. De nombreux touristes visitent cette région de Taiwan mais les routes ne permettent pas d'accéder convenablement aux beautés du lieu.
